Assembly – Certainty and Guarantee

We have been specializing in the production and assembly of playground installations for 9 years.
Assembly is carried out by our authorized assembly teams. We have 5 assembly teams equipped with vehicles and professional equipment to quickly and efficiently work in any conditions throughout the country.

Assembly conditions:

The ordering party, on attachment no. 3 to the order agreement, defines the vehicle access to the location where the assembly is to take place. This allows us to assess vehicle size and assembly time based on location conditions.

An example of the assembly process:

  1. Elements to be assembled are loaded at Inter-Flora’s warehouse.

The drive to the assembly site and the location of the equipment is determined in detail with a person authorized by the ordering  party, taking the following aspects under

  1. consideration:

-          Safety zones,

-          Zero zone,

-          Location where debris can be discarded

-          Access roads for heavy machinery / according to requirements

Confirmed by a location access protocol.

  1. Equipment assembly approx. 1-3 days.

The ordering party inspects the playground via an inspection protocol and confirms quantity conformity and completeness of ordered equipment with the location access protocol

  • Periodic visual inspection for playgrounds intensely used or susceptible to vandalism should be carried out on a daily basis. This inspection should include:

-          Cleanness of equipment

-          Condition of the surface

-          Space between equipment and ground

-          Finish on smooth surfaces

-          Above-ground foundations

       Due to the short assembly period we ask our clients to sign the protocol on the final day of the assembly process, right after completion. Your chosen playground equipment will be assembled and located in a way that ensures safe zones and pathways for children, in accordance with norm no. PN-EN - 1176.

Warranty/post-warranty service - inspections

In accordance with the regulations in force, the inspection and maintenance of equipment should proceed as follows:

 

  • Periodic visual inspection for playgrounds intensely used or susceptible to vandalism should be carried out on a daily basis. This inspection should include:

    -   Cleanness of equipment
    -   Condition of the surface
    -   Space between equipment and ground
    -   Finish on smooth surfaces
    -  Above-ground foundations
    -  Sharp edges
  • A Functional inspection should be carried out monthly to inspect the stability and functionality of equipment, inspect its condition and possibility of any damage due to vandalism.
  • An annual basic inspection should be carried out by the manufacturer or a qualified specialist who will conduct a technical inspection of equipment to assess its safety.
  • Inspection manual and equipment inspection An inspection manual should be kept and include entries of all actions undertaken as a result of safety inspections

Basic inspection includes:

 

 

  • Inspection of the general technical condition of all equipment
  • Inspection of the condition of foundations.
  • Inspection of the condition of surfaces where there is a risk of fall.
  • Inspection and tightening of joining elements.
  • Removal of any undesirable gaps in moving elements.
  • Applying grease to bearings requiring maintenance.
  • New blind plugs, if any are missing.
  • Elaborating an inspection protocol, adding an entry to the warranty book (in accordance with PN-EN)

Extended inspection includes:

  • Inspection of the general technical condition of all equipment.
  • Inspection of the condition of foundations
  • Inspection of the condition of surfaces where there is a risk of fall.
  • Inspection and tightening of joining elements.
  • Removal of any undesirable gaps in moving elements.
  • Applying grease to bearings requiring maintenance
  • New blind plugs, if any are missing
  • Painting all wood elements with an impregnating agent or paint in accordance with Inter-Flora practices
  • Elaborating an inspection protocol, adding an entry to the warranty book (in accordance with PN-EN)

Please inspect the assembly/equipment and sign the protocol on the final day of the assembly.
